The celebrations are in full swing here, and as many of you know, the festivities last for 15 beautiful days. Yesterday, while training at the park, I came across these three powerful inscriptions:
-
有爱 (Yǒu Ài) – To have Love
-
有钱 (Yǒu Qián) – To have Wealth
-
有闲 (Yǒu Xián) – To have Free Time
In martial arts, as in life, these are the pillars we strive to balance. As we enter the Year of the Horse, my wish for our community is that we have the strength and the "gallop" to pursue all three with discipline and passion.
I’m honored to have you all on this journey with me. Let’s ride together toward a transformative year!
Stay focused, stay humble.

Hello everyone,
I have some great news to share! After a heart-stopping accident during my last meeting with the Grandmasters, my main filming tool is finally back in action.
For those who didn't know, a master from another city accidentally bumped into my DJI Pocket 3 while it was on a 1.50m stand. He didn't even realize it was a camera! It hit the ground hard, and my primary means of capturing our journey was ruined.
I was worried about the timing, especially with the 15-day Chinese New Year holiday approaching. But here in China, the technology and logistics are on another level. We sent it for repair immediately, and to my surprise, they fixed it and shipped it back before the holidays even started!
The best part? They replaced the entire gimbal, and the cost was only 1/3 of what it would have been in Brazil. I took a quick photo of the box with my old phone—please excuse the lower resolution! I just wanted to share the joy of having my "eyes" back.
Continuing our journey: To those who wish to support our mission—from our daily training to our "One Million Steps to the Shaolin Temple" vlog—you can contribute in a few ways:
