JINGWU ASSOCIATION

The Jing Wu is an international martial arts organization founded in Shanghai, China, on July 7, 1910.

After its founding, numerous prominent Chinese masters taught there. Among them were: Chen Zizheng (陳子正), master of Eagle Claw; Luo Guangyu (羅光玉), master of Seven-Star Praying Mantis; Geng Jishan (耿繼善), master of Xingyi; Wu Jianquan, founder of the Wu style of Taiji; and Zhao Lianhe (趙連和), a Northern Shaolin master who became the president after the passing of Master Huo Yuanjia.

MASTER 何 HE

Master He is a revered Chinese martial arts master with over four decades of experience teaching and preserving traditional Eagle Claw Kung Fu. Born in China, he began his martial arts journey young, dedicating himself to the rigorous training and discipline that would later define his teaching and mastery. Since 1979, Master He has been sharing his vast knowledge with students worldwide, nurturing generations of martial artists.

Master He specializes in a diverse array of ancient techniques and styles

Master He’s teaching philosophy blends traditional wisdom with modern applications. He emphasizes discipline, perseverance, and respect for the martial arts, ensuring his students not only gain technical expertise but also embody the spirit of Eagle Claw Kung Fu.

Recognizing the importance of passing on his legacy, Master He personally chose Shifu Moxiaolong as his official successor. With over 30 years of martial arts experience, Shifu Moxiaolong has trained rigorously under Master He's guidance, mastering the intricate techniques and philosophies of Eagle Claw Kung Fu. As the inheritor of this rich lineage, Shifu Moxiaolong represents Master He's teachings, carrying forward his vision and legacy for future generations.

Through his tireless efforts and dedication, Master He has cemented his place as a guardian of Chinese martial arts, inspiring martial artists worldwide while ensuring that his life's work will endure through Shifu Moxiaolong.

MASTER 蔡 CAI

Master Cai, a highly respected Kung Fu master from the Jing Wu Association of Nanning and Guiping, China, is a third-generation successor of the legendary Master Huo Yuanjia of the Shanghai Jing Wu Association. Renowned for his dedication to preserving and advancing traditional Chinese martial arts, Master Cai has become a pivotal figure in the Jing Wu lineage.

Specializing in the Long Fist Form (Cha Quan), Master Cai is also proficient in numerous Jing Wu system techniques, combining elements from various traditional styles, including Mantis, Eagle Claw, Luo Han, and Shaolin Kung Fu. His extensive knowledge and mastery of these styles reflect his commitment to the rich heritage of Chinese martial arts.

In 2016, Master Cai accepted Shifu Moxiaolong as his disciple, entrusting him with the responsibility of representing the Jing Wu Association internationally. Under Master Cai’s rigorous guidance, Shifu Moxiaolong honed his skills in Long Fist and other Jing Wu techniques. By 2020, Shifu Moxiaolong had earned the title of teacher within Master Cai’s school and began competing in martial arts tournaments, excelling in using the Chinese two-handed sword (Miao Dao) and Long Fist techniques. Like his master, Shifu Moxiaolong has made these disciplines his specialties, gaining recognition for his skill and dedication.

Master Cai’s influence extends beyond his students’ achievements. Through his teaching and mentorship, he continues to uphold the values and traditions of the Jing Wu Association, inspiring a new generation of martial artists to carry forward the legacy of Huo Yuanjia.

莫小龙 SHIFU MOXIAOLONG

With over 30 years of dedication to martial arts, Shifu Moxiaolong is a Kung Fu master whose journey embodies the harmony of discipline and tradition. His martial arts career began in 1994 in Brazil with Wing Chun, where he laid the foundation of his skills before transitioning to Eagle Claw. In Brazil, he became a teacher and established the ShuangLong Kung-Fu dojo, sharing his knowledge and inspiring a new generation of martial artists.

In 2016, Shifu Moxiaolong advanced his training in China, immersing himself in the rich traditions of the Jingwu schools in Guiping and Nanning under renowned masters Cai, Wu, and Deng. His dedication culminated in 2023, when he earned two gold medals in provincial-level competitions, demonstrating his mastery and passion for the art. As the chosen successor of Master He, Shifu Moxiaolong carries forward the prestigious Jingwu Eagle Claw lineage, preserving its techniques while adapting them to contemporary practices.

Beyond martial arts, Shifu Moxiaolong is a Chinese medicine doctor with over 20 years of experience, specializing in acupuncture and pressure-point techniques. His innovative approach seamlessly blends martial arts with healing practices, using these techniques to neutralize grapples and locks—a skill inspired by Brazil’s jiujitsu tradition. His healing expertise has taken him to over 14 countries, treating patients with acupuncture and holistic methods.

As a university teacher in Brazil and a global ambassador of Chinese culture, Shifu Moxiaolong shares not only the techniques but also the philosophy of Kung Fu. He believes in the harmony of body and mind, emphasizing discipline, resilience, and holistic well-being. His students and patients alike benefit from his unique approach, which unites centuries-old traditions with modern applications.
